What I love about Monday Night Piper is the drinkability year round, whether it’s in your backyard during the summer or by the fireplace in the dead of winter.
Seeing the dark ruby ale, I expected this to have the consistency of a raspberry shake. However, the result was a surprisingly light and easy drinking beer.
There is more than one style of India Pale Ale, and this is not one of those over hopped West Coast varieties that scream HOPS and little else.
Blood Brothers have been putting out some delicious sour beers this summer and I had heard very good things about this one. It was time to enjoy it.
