Review: Monday Night Piper Ale by Second Wedge Brewing Co.
What I love about Monday Night Piper is the drinkability year round, whether it’s in your backyard during the summer or by the fireplace in the dead of winter.

Seeing the dark ruby ale, I expected this to have the consistency of a raspberry shake. However, the result was a surprisingly light and easy drinking beer.
A surprisingly balanced and refreshing IPA, perfect for filling your beach cooler (but at 6.9% ABV, drink responsibly).
At first, I wasn’t too fussed about this IPA, but after a second go-around this beer really grew on me, chalk it up the choice of hops and malt.
I was able to get to a public tasting for Evolution Craft Brewing Company at The Foodery Phoenixville. Join me as I try some of their beer.
