Although we have covered this event in the past, this was FINALLY the first year I was able to go myself, and I am so glad that I did. This event is truly a stand-out experience for baseball fans, for sure, with the ability to walk the bases & warning track as well as a professional photo in the Phillies dugout.
An incredible collection of experiences, with multiple live bands and artists, DJ and dance areas, as well as, of course, the UNLIMITED samples of over 200 different drinks, from beer and wine to cocktails and hard liquor. Experience a batting cage simulator, yard games, giveaways, climbing walls, and even a pretzel necklace-making station. On top of that, head to the after party at Chickies & Petes in South Philly.

Of course there was also the VIP experience, including a rather expansive private VIP area in the Hall of Fame Club, upgraded samples, seating & lounge areas, air conditioning, private restrooms, and 1-hour early admission into the festival. There was even an Ultra-VIP option with custom gift, meet & greets with Phillies alumni, and of course, some awesome and exclusive premium beers & wines.

All-in-all, just an incredible celebration of beer, wine and cocktails in the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. A little rain was not going to stop anyone from having a good time. Amazing music, great dancing, just an overall awesome vibe from everyone at the event. You definitely need to head over to the organizer’s site and check out the full photo galleries.

If you missed it this year, you’ll have to wait, but I’m sure you’ll get another chance to fix that mistake and get out to the next All-Star Craft Beer, Wine, & Cocktail Festival in 2023. You won’t regret it, the tickets are worth every penny. You’ll thank me later.

My Favorite Beers
Juicy Ass IPA
Flying Monkey Craft Brewery
Lemon, grapefruit, peach, mango, and orange, with toasted bread, herbs and caramel and an earthy punch. Juicy, incredibly well-balanced – hoppy but not overpowering, wrapped in sweetness. I will definitely be grabbing some of this when I am in Jersey next month.

Lasta Da Mohicans
Mack Brewing Co.
I really do hope that Mack Brewing Co. is able to secure their brick and mortar location soon. Lasta Da Mohicans is a luxurious golden blonde wheat ale with a seamless blend of lemongrass and honey, layered with light citrusy hop notes. A perfect and unique addition to any backyard barbecue lineup.

Cloudy & Cumbersome
Levante Brewing Company
I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned it before, but it’s still a favorite of mine when I come across it at festivals. Super hazy, with a fruity, floral mix on the nose. Flavors of floral hops, tropical fruits, juicy grapefruits, juicy pine – this is incredibly fruity and balanced, with a lightly dry finish. Yet another winner from Levante, it’s no surprise this is a staple of theirs at this point.
