Recently, we visited Saulter Street Brewery in the East End of Toronto, and sat down to chat with Aimee Pellegrino, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Tanner Hinrichsen, Head Brewer.

A relatively new brewer in the area, Saulter Street’s core beer is their Riverside Copper Pilsner, a fantastic beer that gives Steamwhistle, arguably Ontario’s best-known Pilsner, more than a run for its money.

Aimee and Tanner were gracious hosts, and very open to chatting about all things beer, and the community they serve.

Enjoy the video, as we talk about their origins, the different take they have on beer, and where they want to take the brewery.
